The rooftop views were very nice, perfect for evening relaxation.

The room was quite cramped for three people, making it uncomfortable.

responsive stuff, panoramic views of the mountains, everything is very good. the rooms are nicely decorated, top-notch, and come with coffee, a kettle, and a chair. it offers comfortable bed and excellant services.

The location directly at the Hauotbahnhof is not very attractive and very noisy. The neighborhood's not that pleasant.

Breakfast was particularly good and splendid, I enjoyed almost everything.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to stops, train station and metro station and Pompeii, Sorrento or Ercolano. The rooms were bright and fairly quiet, had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was helpful...

Nice ambience and great location. The old town can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes and the connection to public transport is also top!

Although I have asked non-smoking room a couple month ago, they did not have it. The clerk old guy was no help at all. All he said sounds good but he did not do anything! In another night, I asked a young guy and he really worked hard to find a non-smoking room for us, which was very helpful. Hence, I can give this hotel a "good" rating. Without the young clerk, I will give this hotel"poor " rating!

If you seeking a help, don't ask old guy. Ask a young guy in night shift. I wish I can disclose their names.

that was OK. Clean room. For Naples - definitely. Good location for the travellers, directly at the station. Roof terrace.

Corridor or staircase could be renovated. The fitness room is only open from 7 to 11. No breakfast for early risers and the bag to go - it was a joke.

Convenient for main Naples station.Excellent meal in restaurant if a bit expensive.

Hotel a typical large city - centre station hotel. A bit tired, in need of a refurbish. Only two lifts for a lot of rooms. Room not very clean.

The breakfast has a large offer for Italy, the location next to the railway station is optimal. The bus from the port to the airport also leaves nearby. We took an upgrade and got a better room with balcony. Breakfast was not included in the original booking.

I loved the comfy bed and the convenience of being near the train station. We was like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

Luxury rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Extra care from the very good and really kind staff.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the bathroom was large and very nice and the staff was very curteous and spoke English well. The on-site parking and the location close to the autostrada was nice as well.

The room was very warm and we were unable to control the temperature in our room. The only other negative was the street noise and how dirty the streets around the hotel were (trash everywhere), but that was not a reflection on the hotel itself.
